When you are downtown this month drop into the Gage Gallery at 19 Bastion Square and take a look at their Small Works Show. The event, which runs right through the season until Jan 14th allows all 24 members of the collective to exhibit smaller scaled images, or 3D works. The size and prices are amenable to becoming Christmas Gifts, or a small treat for your own eyes.
Members of the Victoria Camera Club may recognize some images from Anne McCarthy, a member since 2014 and regular in the Creative Group.
Bastion Square is located between Warf and Gov’t Street. The location, encircled by Earls on Gov’t, The Irish Times, The Churchill, Wind Cries Mary, Rebar, The Local and Darcy’s Pub on Warf, will entice you to fill your eyes and then perhaps contemplate with some food or drink
