The Gardens at Horticulture Centre of the Pacific (HCP), home to the Pacific Horticulture College, presents a year-round garden experience that all can enjoy. We started to grow in 1979 and are proud to be a “gardeners garden”, connecting people with plants.
Garden Rates: $16.00; Seniors $12.00; Members Free
There is a cafe on the grounds if you would like to join us for lunch. No reservation needed.

Photoshoot: Improvisation
Theme: Theme will be chosen randomly from suggestions provided by participants. This is a chance to practice Improv skills. (“Improvisation, often shortened to improv, is the activity of making or doing something not planned beforehand, using whatever can be found.” Wikipedia) Please bring, or email to coordinator, ideas for themes to be “drawn from a hat” on the morning of the shoot.

Alternate Tuesday Photo Shoot – First Church of Christ, Scientist

1205 Pandora Ave. Christian Science services started in Victoria in January 1902 with the formation of a Society and Sunday School. The Church’s design is based on the Pantheon in Rome: a domed building fronted by a porch resembling the façade of a Greco-Roman temple. The interior of the Dome is a spectacular photo opportunity. The cornerstone of the church was laid on 21st November 1919.
